YWCA Central Indiana Rummage Sale A Success!

The YWCA Central Indiana held the 2nd annual rummage sale on Saturday, February 21. Despite the snow that accumulated the night prior, the Muncie community braved the cold to come out and support the YWCA. We had a steady stream of shoppers right when our doors opened at 8 AM. With the generous help from the volunteers of the Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority, the event was a success.

Shoppers were excited about the great deals they were able to find on furniture, clothing, and even vintage glassware. One shopper even found a stove in like-new condition for $20! All the proceeds raised from the event will go towards helping with women and children who live at the shelter.

We also wanted to give a big thank you to WLBC and Star Radio for promoting the sale. Thank you for supporting the YWCA!
